Caregiver SupportWe know that caregivers often neglect their own health simply because of time. We want to empower caregivers to place their own health and wellness first so they will be better able to care for the Veterans they support.

A Day of Respite & RetreatWe want this day to be all about an act of self-care; where Women Veterans, Spouses and Caregivers spend the day doing something special for themselves. A day of respite and retreat serves as an opportunity to check-in with yourself, leaving your worries behind just for a moment, to ensure you are well in mind, body and spirit.

Yoga and Healthy Nutrition for Well-BeingResearch have shown that practicing yoga will improve multiple areas of your life such as your mental well-being and your physical well-being. One Life to Live Foundation Corp. wants to give you the opportunity to practice and adopt better habits to include a healthier diet and physical activity.

Buddy Program for Women Veterans and CaregiversWe all know that we cannot always do it alone. Choosing or partnering with someone going through the same as you can only help to reduce the stress that you feel. In the military, we understood the concept of teaming. It is about supporting each other and having each other's back. Our Facebook support group was created to do just that; join you with other team members who will support you along your journey.
